Introduction

Description

This course will return in Term 4.

Discover authentic tastes using the freshest ingredients.  Immerse yourself in Mexican cooking techniques and culture in these hands on workshops.  Taste the spoils of your efforts as you eat together and take home samples and leftovers.  


 

About the tutor

Ana and Gaby are Mexican Aussies with a wealth of skills, knowledge and experience in cooking Mexican dishes as they do in their home land.  The ladies are passionate about food and teaching others how to cook it.
 

What to bring

Please bring your own apron, cutting mat, tea towel and storage container/s for any leftovers.
Recipes, tips, hints and food leftovers will be taken home by participants.

 

Concession fees

Concession fees are available to holders of Health Care Cards, Pension concession cards or Veterans Gold cards.  If you are eligible, please select the concession fee when enrolling and click "calculate discount'.  You may be asked to present your card for verification when attending the course or activity.
