Nourish the Mama - Pre-natal Yoga

Mamas nourish your changing body during your pregnancy and connect to your baby in this 90 minute prenatal specific yoga and meditation classes. Create a space to nurture and honour your body, slow down and use the breath and yoga postures to gently stretch, strengthen and prepare your body physically and mentally for birth. The workshop will move through active birth postures for optimal baby positioning, building strength and stamina and ways you can prepare your body for pregnancy and birth. Then time to chat with one another over a cup of tea while we create our own birth & pregnancy affirmation cards. Moving into the second part of class we will focus on relaxation, restoration and connection with your baby with a restorative yoga sequence and finish with a Yoga Nidra guided meditation for ultimate relaxation during this sacred time.
