Nourish the Mama - Pre-natal Yoga

Mamas nourish your changing body during your pregnancy and connect to your baby in these 50 minute pre-natal specific yoga and meditation classes. Create a space to nurture and honour your body, slow down and use the breath and yoga postures to gently stretch, strengthen and prepare your body physically and mentally for birth. The classes will move through active birth postures for optimal baby positioning, building strength and stamina and finish with a guided meditation to relax and connect to your baby during this sacred time. After class there is an opportunity to connect with the other pregnant local Mamas with a 10 minute tea/coffee and chat.
