Yoga for Kids

Description
During our little kids yoga classes we will use play, props, games and stories to explore creative movement and flow through yoga poses. We will use our breath as a guide and create a connection between our bodies and minds. Using simple breathwork techniques, grounding and balancing postures, partner yoga and a guided meditation to finish children will focus on making connections, building their confidence and body and spatial awareness all while having fun. The class encourages safe and supported risk taking, building resilience, persistence and a gentle introduction to self-regulation techniques using the body and breath.
Please note parents are required to stay on-site for the kindy kids yoga class.
