Women's Wellness Yoga & Meditation Workshop
Spend your Sunday morning taking time to focus on your mind and body and some self-care in this Women’s Wellness Yoga and meditation workshop. Slow down and connect using the breath to flow and guide you through a slow flow yoga session, a short break and then a soothing Yin yoga session. The 4o minute slow flow yoga class will focus on the breath, stretching, building some gentle heat in your body and connecting to what your body needs physically.
We will rest and chat for a tea together and then move onto a Yin Yoga session. Yin yoga is a slow and gentle style in which more restorative poses are held for a longer time often using props for support. Providing the space to connect and move inward and really rejuvenate the mind and body. This 40 minute session will include a guided mediation to finish the workshop and hopefully send you off to finish your weekend with a beautifully full cup!
*All abilities and ages welcome- no experience necessary
*Yin yoga is not recommended during pregnancy
