Yin Yoga

 
 
 

Description

A restorative session of slow yoga movement improves prana energy flow, and relief from aches in the body. It adds more flexibility to connective tissue and is done on the floor with modifications.

Yin includes meditation, mindfulness, and a more passive physical side of the practice of Yoga.

This activity is open to people aged 18 years and over.
 

Venue

This course is held at our Panton Hill Centre - 18 Bishops Road, Panton Hill
 

What to bring

Students will need warm loose clothing in layers, bring a mat, blanket, and a pillow for class.

About the Tutor

Karina has 16 years experience teaching Yoga and Pilates in fitness industry and community health settings. She has a calling & passion to share Yoga practices, movement & philosophy widely, for overall better health.
Karina believes the learning & sharing is ongoing, with over 350hrs of Yoga teacher training knowledge to base this on.

Concession fees

A Concession fee of around 10% off is available to holders of Health Care Cards, Pension concession cards or Veterans Gold cards.
