Music, mindfulness and mental health
DescriptionWe are often reminded to exercise our bodies, eat well, visit the doctor and look after our physical health... but how much time do we spend looking after our mental health?
Throughout this program you will develop strategies to reduce stress and anxiety in your life and provide you with tools to develop a deeper sense of wellbeing.
You will be learning and sharing these approaches with others in a safe and caring group atmosphere, using holistic and recover-based methods.
There will be a series of activities to empower you through relaxation, creativity, journaling, self observation and mindful activities accompanied with peaceful harp music. Come and join Michael as we discuss methods to help us ride the waves of life, whatever the weather.
This workshop is open to people aged 18 years and over.
Places may be available in this course after the start date. Please contact us to enquire: 9433 3744
