Dance against Dementia

Join us for 45 minutes of swaying, stretching, shaking and moving our bodies to favourite tunes from the 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. Simple, guided moves in a relaxed, friendly group. No partner required. Dancing in a chair or with supports is a great option. Come to one session or come to all four sessions.

Eltham North Hall, 8 Cedar Ave, Eltham North (Beside the Redbacks Soccer Club)

We are running these groups to support the charity Dance Against Dementia. A gold coin donation at the door would be appreciated.
