Clay Firing and Clay Bag Purchase

We encourage participants to buy firing in bulk based your expected needs for the semester. Once you have purchased your order please show your receipt to the Studio Manager or your tutor. This will be registered in the studio and your firing will then be deducted from your pre-purchased amount.

Similarly clay bags should be pre-purchased. You will need to show your receipt to the Studio Manager before you collect the bag.

Terms and Conditions

Refunds are not available for unused firing.
Pre-purchased firing is not transferable between participants.
Given the nature of the firing process and its inherent risks, we cannot guarantee results. There is no refund on firing.
Turnaround time of firing is approximately 10 days, dependent on volume, firing type and demand. We ask that you are patient and considerate of the Studio Manager’s time and efforts.
Firing charge includes coloured underglazes and glazes.
